The law office of Mgr. Veronika Hanáková is a dynamic law office that provides comprehensive, qualified legal services in the all legal areas, focusing on business law (in particular the corporate law), civil law, competition law, family law, administrative law, intellectual property law, labour law, social security law and tax law.

The office provides legal services to the home and foreign legal and natural persons in these forms in particular:

ATTORNEY PROFILE

The founder of the law office is Mgr. Veronika Hanáková, registered in the list of attorneys of the Slovak Chamber of Advocates under the order number 5472.

Mgr. Veronika Hanáková graduated at the Faculty of Law of the Commenius University in Bratislava.

After completing her studies, she worked as an expert counsellor at the department of concentrations of the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic where she exercised the analytical activity in the area of competition law, focusing on the concentrations (merges, acquisitions, joint ventures), prepared the proposals of the office decisions (decisions on fines for unreported concentrations, on fines of breaking the prohibition to exercise the rights and obligations resulting from the origination of concentration until the valid decision on concentration) and the opinions to the concentration intentions.

She worked as an articled clerk in a law office and after successful passing of the bar admission and the registration into the list of attorneys of the Slovak Chamber of Advocates pursues an independent attorney practice.
